For the people — and companions — we hold close
Each piece is engraved to order and made to be kept indoors, on a tree, a shelf or a mantel.
Pet remembrance plaque
A small plaque for a favourite spot at home, with their name and paw print. Scan it to see their best photos and hear that familiar bark or purr.

We can engrave the code inside a heart, a paw print, a dog or cat profile, a cross, a flower, a star or a little house. Mention the shape in your Etsy order note — every design is test-scanned before it’s engraved.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long is the memorial page hosted?
Every keepsake includes 12 months of hosting, starting the day you activate it. Your editor shows the exact date, and renewal is available when the included 12 months end. We also recommend downloading a full export — you can do it at any time — so you always have your own copy of every photo and the recording.
What can I put on the page?
A title, a short tribute (up to 2,000 characters), up to 10 photos and one short audio recording of up to 3 minutes. Each keepsake has 50 MB of storage; photos are resized automatically for fast loading, so most families never come close.
Who can see it? Is it private?
The page can be opened by anyone who scans the keepsake or has its link. Links are long and random, pages aren’t listed anywhere on our site, and we ask search engines not to index them. Location data is removed from photos when you upload them.
Only the owner — the person who activated it with the PIN — can make changes.
Can I export or download everything?
Yes. From your editor, choose Download export to get a zip with all photos, the audio recording and your words. You can do this as often as you like.
Can I change the photos or recording later?
Any time. Log in with the email and password you chose when activating, then add, reorder or remove photos, replace the recording or edit the words. Changes appear immediately for anyone who scans.
Do visitors need an app?
No. Any modern phone camera recognises the QR code and opens the page in the browser.
Can the QR code be a special shape?
Yes. Add a note to your Etsy order — heart, paw print, dog or cat profile, cross, flower, star or house — and we’ll engrave the code inside that shape. Every shaped code is test-scanned on our side before engraving. After activation you can also pick a shape for the QR image you download to share or print.
I lost my setup card. What now?
No problem — send us a message with your Etsy order number and we’ll help you activate it.
Can a keepsake go outdoors, for example on a grave?
Living Keepsakes are made for indoor display — on a tree, shelf, wall or mantel. They aren’t designed to withstand outdoor weather.
